Setting-Frances

Mise en scene: The settings we are using for our thriller opening are a wood, a house, a street and in a car. The majority of the filming will be done in the woods. By filming our thriller opening in the woods it creates an eery atmosphere and creates questions for the audience. For variety of scene, we used two different houses for our filming. We used these locations because the target audience could easily recognise the mise en scene and it gives a sense of realism.
When we were filming our last few shots in the
woods it was dark which created a terrifying, eery atmosphere which fit nicely with the shot that was being filmed.
