Sound Planning - Adam

To record sound on set we would use a microphone to pick up noises which can later be used to enhance sounds which may sound quiet on just the camera footage.

We could use GarageBand for sound effects, or use a foley (make the sounds ourselves).

We intend to have dialogue in the Thriller opening, however, this is not going to last very long (20 seconds worth of dialogue in total) and would only be in a few shots.

In the Thriller in the opening shots we would like to have dreamy sounding background music to create a sad mood. Not a lot of background music would be needed so that the Thriller can seem more realistic. Background music would be used to show a tense moment or to create suspense, most likely created by trumpets, tubas, trombones, maybe violins etc. which can made using software such as GarageBand.
